Dear father of Janice Rutherford (Roy) of Healey Falls, Karen Sole (Mark) of Peterborough, Stephen Bland (Anya) and Gordon Bland, both of Edmonton and Gregory Bland (Lynn) of Nova Scotia. Walter will be missed by his eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Brother of Marlene Bigelow and Debra Garner. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
