Ursula Fugger

To the dear hearts of Larry's family: I will miss your uncle, brother, cousin, friend. He was the the best neighbour, confidante and heartfelt friend a person could ever have. He listened carefully, laughed joyously, and was always judious with his advice. He didn't think that things needed to be complicated, or difficult. One winter, he let me borrow the snowblower he had, which by the the way was really a small Panzer tank, and with a few words about how to operate it sent me on my way. As I crazy eighted the backyard and driveway, out of control with the snowblower, Larry chased me down, laughing and yelling "let go!"...I finally did and he caught up to me..(so glad the B&B didn't have that wooden fence it has now) I think he said, "Good thing its the end of the winter..."as he steered the blower out of the yard. I will miss Larry like the moon rising in the sky, he was always there, reflecting the light of the sun. He was a good, good, man. Having had the opportunity to meet his family in 2009, I can see the apple does not fall far from the tree. May this story give you solace in a time of sorrow. For me and my son, our life will be better for knowing him. Thank you Larry for who you are and how you will continue to be in our lives. Saying I will miss you is so small. Better to say I will remember you for the gift that your friendship was to me. And I promise never to buy a snowblower, I will leave that to you, the experts! Blessings to all of your family. Ursula and Anton Fugger
