Dear Connie and Cherie, My sympathy to both of you, and the rest of the Cromie family, on the recent loss of your father. As teenagers, I remember so well, your dad and I flying the roads around Havelock and Campbellford, in whatever car we could cop together, convinced we were “chick magnets”. After the magnets didn’t do so well it would be over to your Grandparents for a free meal and often a place for me to crash. There was always tea on the stove and lots of stories to listen to. I have not seen your Dad in many years but I hope they brought him peace and happiness.
