When we were neighbours with Laurine and Bob we often met Bob outside in the yard and had a good conversation with him. But after we moved to a new house it was Laurine who always made a point of calling us over to her van every time she was parked at Foodland or East End Market to talk and see how we were doing. She was always friendly and always in the mood for a chat as she waited for Bob to finish the shopping. She never lacked a kind word or a good laugh. We are sorry to hear about the loss of Laurine but comforted to know that she is back with Bob where she really wanted to be.
