DELINE, Zelda May (nee Bullock) — Peacefully at the Ruddy Shenkman Hospice, Ottawa, March 5, 2022 in her 92nd year. Wife of the late James Ralph (July 25, 2015). Dear mother of Donna & her husband Gerald Sullivan of Napean, Charlene & her husband Jeffrey Hovind of Estevan, Saskatchewan and Barry of Ottawa. Lovingly remembered by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Sister of Shirley Dunford of Port Quitlam, B.C. and the late Melva Oosting.
