DOWDELL, Russell Frank — Peacefully at Campbellford Memorial Hospital, May 2, 2019 in his 63rd year. Son of the late Ellwood & Florence Dowdell. Dear brother of Margaret Wright of Edmonton, Nancy Ellis, William ‘Bill’ (Josie) of Kamloops, B.C., Judy Faragher (Doug), Betty Ellis(predeceased) (Reg), Jack (Connie), Arlene Phillips (Art), James (Keri), and Joe. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Havelock on June 9, 2019 from 1-4pm.
