Loving father of David (Aliona, Montréal), and the late Steven (2012) (Gloria, Edmonton). Proud grandfather of Matthew, Brittany, Elyse, and Brianna. Born in Peterborough, 21 March 1936, son of the late Arthur Bertram and Wilhelmine (née Cox) Jackson. Brother of the late Patricia Marjorie (Ronald) Logan (2002), the late Audrey Arleigh (Kenneth) Beale {1957), and Emilie (Gerard) Sullivan. Bob was a life-long employee of the Quaker Oats Company in Peterborough. He was an avid hunter and fisherman from his earliest years in the Keene area, pastimes which continued throughout his life. He was delighted to share these passions with his two sons over the years, near the family's 100-acre homestead, and on many trips across the Kawarthas, Algonquin Park, Manitoulin Island, Anticosti Island, and the vast areas of Northern Ontario. He enjoyed the great outdoors in all seasons and all locations, including several family vacations to the Gaspe, the Maritimes, and the Canadian Rockies. Cremation has taken place.
