HANEY, Robert Gordon “Bob”
Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, at the P.R.H.C on Sunday November 1, 2020. Beloved father of Pam Lafferton and son-in-law John Lafferton. Loved and remembered by his grandchildren Michael (Shannon), David, Katherine (Jake), GG to his precious great-grandbabies Natalie and Henry. Loving brother to Marlene Sawyer and uncle to Stephen (Marjorie), Brian (Pat), Mark (predeceased), David (Tricia), Braden and Dani. Born in Toronto on April 15, 1935. The son of the late Robert and Lillian (nee. Kennedy). Predeceased by his wife of 64 years Kathy (nee. Bradshaw). They resided in Toronto while cottaging on Belmont Lake since 1963 until they retired to Havelock. He enjoyed many special friends from hunting and fishing buddies, neighbours and many life long friends he treasured throughout his life. The family thanks all the friends who reached out during his final days and a Celebration of Life to follow at a later date. In memory of Bob, donations may be made to a local charity of your choice.
