SCRIVER, Raymond Austin – (Former 31 year employee of Reichhold Chemical in Weston, Ontario, Scout Leader for 7th Weston Black Creek, Service Scouter for Black Creek/Humber Valley) – Peacefully at his residence on Saturday, October 6, 2018, surrounded by family, Ray Scriver of Hastings, in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Ruth (nee Shaw) for 65 years. Dear father of Raymond (Dyan) of Peterborough, Roy of Mississauga, Russell (Barbara) of Shelburne, Robin (Linda) of Wasaga Beach, Robert (Donna) of Guelph and special ‘daughter’ Gloria Scriver of Belleville. Grandpa will be sadly missed by 17 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Brother of the late Melville, Leslie, and Earl. Survived by 4 nieces. Resting at the BRETT FUNERAL CHAPEL, HASTINGS on Friday, October 19, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 3:00 pm. Interment Trent Valley Cemetery.
