CASSELMAN, Raymond Louis
Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Hospice Peterborough, on Saturday, December 17th, 2022. Ray Casselman of Hastings in his 81st year. He had met the love of his life Marybelle Petherick and her son Stephen and family, Ken (Hellen), Elaine, John (Barb), Mathew and Brian. Beloved father of Charyl O'Brien (Darren). Grandfather who will be sadly missed by Ashley. He was loved over the years by his brothers, sisters and many more family members. Kenneth, Ethel, Madelaine, Leo, Carol, Bruce, Verna, Kathleen, Clifford, Laura, Glen. He was always there to give a helping hand, and through the years of helping and making friends he became close with others and considered them family, Jeanette (Don), Sean, Scott, and Ella. He loved fishing, family, and coffee shop visits. He also enjoyed a drink of scotch with his brother in-law Ian occasionally. A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 13th at the Peterborough Lions Community Center, James Stevenson Park, 347 Burnham St, Peterborough, Ontario from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. If anyone would like to make a donation, please consider Hospice Peterborough.
