Dowdell "Jack" John Leslie -- Peacefully passed away surrounded by his family at The Bridge Hospice, Warkworth, October 17, 2022 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Connie (nee Ellis) for over 49 years. Dear father of Angela Smith (Jason) and Robert Dowdell (Christine). Grandpa will be sadly missed by Hailey, Jacob (Kirsten), Ashley, Brady and great grandson Bentley. Predeceased by his parents Elwood and Florence (nee Gratton) Dowdell. Brother of Margaret Wright, Arlene Phillips (Art), and the late Betty Ellis (Reg), Russell & Joe Dowdell. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held on November 6, 2022 from 11:00am - 4:00pm at the Royal Canadian Legion, Havelock Branch 389.
