Obituary for Douglas Ray Phillips

PHILLIPS, Douglas Ray ‘Odie’ (formerly of Cordova)— Peacefully at Caressant Care Retirement Residence, June 13, 2018 in his 83rd year. Husband of the late Phyllis (nee Youmans). Dear father of Dale. Brother of the late Ila Sine (Edison), Audrey Morley (Tom) and brother in law of the late Zeta Phillips,Gordon, Rita McInroy (Pete) and Alvin. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may gather at BRETT FUNERAL CHAPEL, HAVELOCK on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 11-1 pm. A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1:00pm, Brenda Leeming officiating. Interment at Pine Grove Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice. Online condolences may be made at www.brettfuneralchapels.com.
