Antonius (Tony) Van Alphen of Ottawa Ontario, died peacefully at home surrounded by family on August 7, 2022. He was born in Holland on April 8, 1954 to Tom and Maria van Alphen who moved to Ontario just after Tony was born, he spent many of his younger years living in Glen Williams. Tony was predeceased by his Mother and Father, as well his siblings Eduard and Elizabeth. He is survived by his Wife Daisy of the Philippines, and his children Mia and Zachary of Oakville, his brothers Hank (Vicky) and John and his sisters Lydia (Pat) and Cyndi (Chris); as well, numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday August 27th, at the Church of the Ottawans at 7pm EST. The family would like to extend a special thank you to his palliative care Doctor Kelly Parks, and the nurses along with the staff at SE Health.
