FORD, Alfred Roy — Passed away with family by his side on April 29, 2023 at the Campbellford Memorial Hospital at the age of 79. Beloved husband of the late Betty (Reynolds). Dear friend of the late Joanne Ferguson. Loving father of Barb Kies, Darlene Forde & husband Ted, Joan Cromie & husband Roy, Al Ford and girlfriend Laurie Post. Proud grandfather 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Brother of Ron Ford and wife Elaine Ford of Havelock, Marlene Huble and husband Don Huble of Campbellford . He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Son of the late Roy and Irene Ford (formerly of Campbellford). He loved his cat Suzie and enjoyed his time sitting at the locks with his friends having coffee. Cremation has taken place. A graveside memorial service will be held at Norwood Asphodel Cemetery, on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 1pm, Reverend Nathan Denhoed officiating. A celebration of life will follow at the Hastings Legion, upstairs hall at 2:00pm.
