LYNCH, Albert Joseph — Peacefully at Carlingview Manor, Ottawa March 11, 2019 in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Marie (nee Bril) for over 59 years. Loving father of Albert, Brian (Anna), Paul (Jenie), Angela (Danny) and Maureen (Mark). Proud grandfather of Joanna and Lea Lynch, Stefanie and Alexa Lynch, Cole Hanniwell and Stella Tarulli. Brother of the late Edward, John ‘Jack’ (Virginia), Mary Shaughnessy (Reg), and Helen Pullyblank (Robert). In 1959 Albert graduated from Queen's University and worked as a Civil Engineer. When he retired, he and Marie travelled and enjoyed being "snowbirds" for 25 years. Family and friends may gather at BRETT FUNERAL CHAPEL, HASTINGS from 10:00 am to 11:30am on Thursday. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL CHURCH, at 12:00pm, Fr. Joseph Devereaux officiating. Interment at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery.
