Beloved husband of Joyce (nee Foster) for over 71 years. Dear father of Heather Smith (Dave) of Pickering, Lynne Mullens (Wayne) of Louisiana and Hal Fenton (Marylee) of Toronto. `Big Poppa`of Lesley Rossan (Rick), Lindsey Smith and great-grandchildren Keegan and Kelvyn Rossan. Brother of the late Hal Fenton (Phyllis) and Elva Boynette (George). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will take place at a later date.
